Flat Glass Cutting

In the Jumbo size cutting lines in the ALCAM facility, glass cutting process is carried out in accordance with the standards by using suitable cutting wheels and approved essential cutting oil and the cut to size glass is delivered to the next process. Choosing the appropriate cutting wheel according to the thickness of the glass, setting the appropriate cutting pressure and performing the suitable breaking process, are factors that significantly affect the quality of the subsequent processes. With 35 years of experience, ALCAM carries out the cutting process in accordance with standards and technological development of the process.
